Bios of the 3:16 band

John Chevront - Lead vocals
John is the Lead singer for 3:16. He, Amy and their 4 children are faithful supporters of the group. They can be found at almost every event. John enjoys golfing and playing with the children.Music has always been a part of his life, although this is his first time singing with a band. He has two wonderful sisters who also support him and the band. He has two nephews he also likes to spend time with. John attends the House of Prayer and has played numerous parts in their Dramas and also singing from time to time. Contact John at info@the316band.com

Zach Byers - Drums and vocals
Zach is currently attending Akron University for business and advertising. He plays drums, guitar, piano, sings and writes music. He works at DC Music in the summers and MC Sports during college. He loves to golf, watch movies, lift weights and hang out with his buddies. Zach was a member of the Beaver Local basketball team and theatre during high school.

Pat Wolf - Vocals, Keyboards and guitar
Patricia is happily married to the bass player, Larry, for 25 great years. Their 3 children and 5 grandchildren are the best gifts God has given them. Over the years God has been more than faithful and delivered her through many obstacles that can come in this life. She plays keys and guitar attempting to bring glory to God for all the things He has done for her. If she could help just one person to believe by playing with the band, her life would be complete. Her interests are playing with her grandbabies, playing her music with her friends and family, and riding one of her 3 horses. You can contact her pllobos@comcast.net

Larry Wolf - Bass and vocals
Larry is happily married to patricia, his wife of 25years. He has 3 children and 5 grandchildren. His passions are music and hunting. Playing in the 3:16 Band is one of his "Dreams come true". He is a self taught Bass player(with a lot of help from his friends!) and has played Bass since1982. Along with the 3:16 Band, He also plays and sings in the House of Prayer Music Ministry. Dave Byers - Guitar and vocals
Dave is happily married to Christine and they have 3 terrific kids Amanda, Zach and David. They reside in Calcutta Ohio. Dave has played guitar since 1979 and on and off with Dave Halfhill in many bands over the years. Dave loves to write songs along with playing guitar and founded christiansongwriting.org and writingsongs.com and has written a book entitled "The fundamentals of songwriting." Dave (Jr.) Halfhill - Drums
Dave is married to his wife Kelly for 10 years and has 4 great kids, 2 golden retrievers and a boxer/mix pup. Dave has been in the national guard for 24 years; spending 6 years active duty. He is a combat veteran who has served overseas. Dave has been playing drums for over 30 years, and was in his 1st band in 1979 with Dave Byers. Besides playing in numerous bands over the years he has also done some studio recordings. Dave enjoys playing all types of music and is excited to be back in a band with his friend Dave Byers for such a good cause. Dave has taught himself the guitar and practices every chance he gets on one of the 11 guitars he owns. He plays on a 7 piece tama rockstar custom with all a custom Zildjian cymbals. He has recently started giving drum and guitar lessons to his son's ages 9 and 5 years old. Soem of his other interests include outdoors, boating, fishing and hunting.
